Iran suspected of abducting Kurdish journalist
The Kurdish culture journalist Ahmed Omarzadeh went missing two months ago in Iranian Kurdistan. Omarzadehs colleagues are now expressing concern that he might have been arrested or abducted by one of Iran’s different security services.
Omarzadeh disappeared on the 22 of August somewhere in Iranian Kurdistan, no one has heard from him since then. He was planning on conducting a series of interviews with different artists, writers and poets, when he disappeared.
