Kurdish political prisoner Ehsan Fatahian will be executed on Wednesday
According to different human rights organizations the 23-year-old Kurdish political prisoner Ehsan Fatahian will be executed in the Kurdish city of Sanandaj on Wednesday, 11 of November.
Iran’s Revolutionary Guard arrested Fatahian last year in the Kurdish city of Kamyiaran. He was charged with helping a Kurdish opposition group and sentenced to 10 year in prison by a revolutionary court in the city of Sanandaj. The verdict was later changed to the death by hanging. Fatahian is currently on a hunger strike.
Ehsan Fatahian and 13 other Kurdish activists are currently waiting to be executed by the Islamic Republic of Iran.
Kurdish human rights organizations are pleading for help to try to prevent the execution of Ehsan Fatahian. Please forward this information to anyone that could influence the case.

Please do not go through with this barbaric action. Violence and death cause more problems than they solve, and no country of law and justice can profit from the use of such merciless action.
THOUGHTS OF A NON-MUSLIM:
Once again, the senseless murder of someone whose ideas go against the perverted ideas of the present Islamic regime in Iran has shown the world how detached these people are from the true practice of Islam. These so-called “Muslims” are not only failing to practice their religion as it was conceived, they are behaving in a fashion that is no better than animals who are unable to obtain their desires through anything other than the most brutal means.
Some day the tide will turn, however, and the cowardly practictioners of this pseudo-Islam will turn on one another because that is what btutish animals do. In the end, they will be remembered as little more than misguided, pathetic animals who have done nothing more than taint the name of the peaceful religion of Islam, but heroes like Ehsan Fatahian will live on in our hearts, our minds, and souls forever.
Let his life not be wasted in vain; let his unwarranted execution act as the catalyst of change toward a more understanding and tolerant world…
Reply To: THOUGHTS OF A NON-MUSLIM
I respect your opinion, but at the end you mentioned “…the peaceful religion of Islam”. I am a Muslim, and I disagree with you as far as Islam being a peaceful religion. Islam in Farsi means “Tasleem” give up everything! Which part of this religion you have seen to be peaceful? Forget about the Islamic Rip-Off-Lic of Iran for a moment (they are dictators, who will do anything to stay in power).
Even when Prophet Mohammad and Imam Ali were alive, they used to give all non-believers (KOFFAR) of Islam 3 choices:
1). Become a Muslim and we will protect you!
2). Pay us taxes (ransom) and we will protect you!
3). Fight with us and if you lose our soldiers are entitled to your belonging (vandalism), your wife, daughters, sisters become “HALAL” to our soldiers (rape is okay during war!!)
Now that is how Islam started….If you don’t believe me, ask a Mullah for his FATWA!

Tom
Thank you, Tom, for pointing out the lack of clarity of what I intended to write.
There are, unfortunately, people of all religions who take their teachings and use them to their advantage, and to the harm of others as in this tragic, yet all too common case. The Christians (of which my family is a part) might attempt to deny the facts, but have grown their numbers and eliminated their opposition by not only through proselytizing, but overpowering, burning, and other means, so they are not much different than extremist Muslims, and their actions do not represent the majority of those who truly follow the path of their religion that was originally intended.
What I intended to imply was that extremists (of any so-called “religion”) act in their own best interest, and pervert the very teachings in which they profess to believe – and follow.
I know practicing Muslims who are as appalled by 9-11 as I am, and they merely seek to live a peaceful life in the manner they believe, and even they don’t want a “Holy War” any more than I…
To Ed M;
I truly admire you for being an optimist. The Mullahs are indeed true Muslim. When they are not in power, you think they are the most innocent people on earth you could ever find. However, once they get into power and politics, they do anything to stay in power as Prophet Mohammad and Imam Ali did. I just hope this time if and when this regime collapses, Iranian even those who have been directly or indirectly suffered for the past 30 years won’t harm any Mullah, but will bury Islam instead.
Regards,
Tom
