Iran’s minister of Itlahat (Intelligence Service), Haydar Moslahi, stated that the Revolutionary Guard had killed four persons and arrested 14 in the Kurdish city of Snne (Sanandaj) in response to the wave of assassinations that took place in the city during the past couple of weeks.

Moslahi also confirmed that two members of the Revolutionary Guard had been killed in clashes when attempting to arrest a group of men. He also said that the Itlahat have information about other groups and that they will soon take action against them.

As I mentioned yesterday, many of the Kurdish political organisations are suspecting that it is the regime that is responsible for the assassinations and not unknown groups.
